Check the destination before the move

The quotation should assign dismantling, packing, lifting, freight, insurance, reinstallation and commissioning separately. Cross-border work also requires agreement on documentation, shipping terms, site access and local support. Requirements and timing depend on the origin, destination and project scope.
Recommissioning checks and handover
After reinstallation, use the applicable equipment documentation and project plan to check mechanical and electrical connections, mastering and fixture references before coordinated operation and process trials. Acceptance should identify which checks compare with the original baseline and which address the new site or process changes.

Are controller details needed when moving only a robot?

Submit the destination country and city, site conditions, equipment details and schedule for assessment. Personnel, local support, tools, scope and implementation conditions are agreed for the project.
Does a relocation quotation automatically include freight and customs clearance?
Each responsibility must be stated in the quotation. Engineering, packing and lifting, freight, insurance and documentation should be agreed separately to avoid gaps or overlapping supplier scopes.
