Itemise the hardware and software in the quotation. The phrase “complete robot” alone does not define every supplied item. Software names, versions, functions and licence scope should match the intended application.

What must be agreed for international delivery?
The destination affects configuration checks, packing, transport and service arrangements. Include the country, city and receiving-site requirements in the enquiry, then agree responsibilities before ordering.
